Hey all, I'm currently in the learning / studying phase, and hope to get my foot in the door with an agency sometime in the next 6 months. I live in a small town that's about an hour from a large city, and 2 hours from a VERY large city. Those of you who currently work with / at agencies, are you mostly remote? Or did they catch you in the "return to office" wave? How often do they have you drive into the main location for a meeting? I'd rather not commute 2-4 hours a day.
