Patrick Ball, Supriya Ganesh, Isa Briones, Fiona Dourif, Taylor Dearden, Gerran Howell, Shabana Azeez, and Shawn Hatosy walked the red carpet ahead of the ceremony at Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. At the Creative Arts Emmys earlier this month, it won two awards for Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series and Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series (Shawn Hatosy).Wyle, the show’s star, writer, director, and executive producer is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, his first Emmy nomination since his 1999 nod for his role in ER. He admitted that he was surprised to get the recognition after so many years. “I gave up hope that this was going to be something that my career was going to be part of again,” he told People. “It’s really amazing.”Elsewhere in the cast, LaNasa, is a first-time Emmy nominee for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. “It’s crazy,” she said to People of the nod. “You stay on the sidelines for so much of your career, you don’t really ever expect to be one of the nominees. To be one is really just delightful.
