The first gas turbine base at the Gas-to-energy (GTE) project was completed on Tuesday, Lindsayca Guyana said.The company made the announcement on Tuesday in a Facebook post.Over 300 persons are employed for this project. Phase I — includes a 300-megawatt combined cycle power plant and natural gas liquids (NGL) facilities being built by Lindsayca Guyana Inc.Phase II of the project, which envisions another 300-megawatt plant and NGL facility, has also attracted strong interest.
