Appearances can be deceiving, you would never suspect an old, wheelchair-bound lady could be capable of terrorizing anyone but a woman on TikTok has proved that age is just a number after sharing a video of a senior citizen she claims is her “stalker.” “Ashy Ash” was able to somewhat subtly record her alleged stalker in what appears to be a church. Ash sits in the pews, minding her own business, meanwhile, we see an older woman positioned at the end of her pew, staring Ash down before she realizes there is a camera pointed at her and backs behind the corner in order to remain out of sight. @ashtonhoodrat For context: this is my mil and my husband and I are no-contact with her. If I turn up ded it was definitely her #mil #stalker #scary ♬ original sound – Ashy Ash That’s definitely a bit peculiar, but that doesn’t necessarily prove the old lady is a stalker right? Old women aren’t you’re typical stalkers. We need a bit more context here, luckily Ash was more than happy to provide. Who is the old lady? Plenty of comments wanted to know how this weird stalking situation even began, “I am confused, how did this start and why ?” asked one viewer, “Can’t you go up to her and simply ask her what she wants?” wrote another. However, the situation isn’t as simple as it seems. In the caption of her video, Ash clarifies that the woman she recorded is actually her mother-in-law and that she and her husband have gone no-contact with her due to her appalling behavior. She also morbidly jokes, “If I turn up de[a]d it was definitely her,” suggesting that her MIL has a real burning hatred for Ash. In a second video somewhat clearing up the misconceptions from the original clip, Ash goes into more detail about the feud between her and the in-law. Apparently the angry mother was targeting Ash in particular and accusing her of turning her son away from her. Things only got worse from there which ultimately led the couple to make the tough call to go completely no contact. Why not go to a different church? When asked why they didn’t change churches Ash explained that her husband had been attending the church since the nineties. The husband’s parents moved down in 2020 and according to Ash, they also bullied him into selling his house. Afterwards the three of them built a house together to move into. Anyways, the parents started attending the church after they moved in 2020. By this point, Ash and her husband were already well integrated into the community which meant leaving would be a lot of upheaval. It seems Ash is stuck with her toxic in-laws for the time being at least. Talking doesn’t seem like it will solve anything so the couple may have to consider more extreme measures such as a restraining order.
