Flight operations at Raipur's Swami Vivekananda Airport were disrupted on Wednesday evening after lightning struck and damaged the Doppler VHF Omnidirectional Range (DVOR) system. Consequently, five IndiGo flights scheduled to land in Raipur were diverted to nearby airports like Nagpur and Bhubaneswar. Repair work is currently in progress, and authorities anticipate resuming normal flight operations by Thursday.
