Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 16th Combined Commanders Conference (CCC) in Kolkata on Monday, following his visit to the northeastern states. The conference, themed ‘Year of Reforms - Transforming for the Future’, will focus on reforms, transformation, operational preparedness and technological modernization.
