Hello everyone! Just a friendly reminder that the Wimbledon Public Ballot 2026 is still open. The deadline to apply has been extended and will now close on Sunday September 21, 2025 at 23:59 British Summer Time. The URL is ballot.wimbledon.com If you intend to apply, we encourage you do it sooner rather than later. For Europe-based members, queue wait times are usually no longer than 20-30 minutes during business hours. If you're in the waiting room immediately before the deadline, there's no guarantee that you will be able to apply if the deadline passes, and there aren't usually extensions to the deadline. Snooze you lose. If you don't enter the ballot you won't have access to the ticket returns shop in the Spring. The LTA ballot had issues on the last day, but the AELTC runs a more robust operation. The public ballot website was down for maintenance between the evening of Friday September 12 and the afternoon of Sunday September 14. The deadline to apply has been extended by five days. If you're having other technical issues while trying to apply, the usual advice is to try from a different browser, device and/or network. If issues persist, you should contact the ticketing team to seek advice with the error message you're receiving and everything you've tried so far. If you already have a myWimbledon account they might be able to manually apply for you, but if you need to contact them it is better to have this done in advance of deadline day to ensure you receive a response and resolution before the deadline. The ticketing team does not usually work evenings or weekends at this time of year so don't expect to receive a response over the weekend. The Public Ballot wiki is here. The FAQs are here. If you have any other questions, please post them in the Wimbledon Public Ballot 2026 megathread. submitted by /u/mgbrewhard [link] [comments]
