Rizvi Estate and Hotels Pvt. Ltd. approached the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) earlier with a complaint claiming that a substantial portion of his shares in the company had been illegally transferred without his knowledge.Based on the EOW’s inquiry, Bandra police registered the FIR on Saturday under IPC sections 465, 467, 468, 471 (pertaining to forgery), 420 (cheating), 120(B) (criminal conspiracy), and 34 (common intention).
