/u/soimalittlecrazy on Live at my ranch, take care of my cattle and be my caregiver and I’ll lease you a place to put your RV

Wait 5 sec.

There's too many variables, it could break either way. It seems like they're banking on this "entrepreneur" to be able to pull in enough income from their horse business to justify the extra work. I have a friend who does lessons, and depending on the barn, it can be a pretty big cost to use someone else's facilities. You often have to pay board for the horses and give the owner a facilities fee for wear and tear, essentially. But unless you're already established with horses and existing clients that will move with you, it's going to be tough to afford everything (like what if you don't own an RV, plus the rent, probably utilities, you might need to buy horses and tack) and have time to build your business, train the horses, actually give the lessons, plus all the extra work that was already one man's full time job. Is he going to charge board, is there an arena or just empty land, etc. Too much to know. I assume it's a shit deal, though. So much of the tone is written in a way that seems like they're looking for a slave and waving a very small carrot way off in the distance
