Chelsea have confirmed that midfielder Dario Essugo has undergone successful surgery after sustaining a thigh injury on international duty.Essugo picked up the issue while representing Portugal u-21 side during this month’s break. Surgery has been necessary for the 20-year-old, wiht Chelsea confirming the procedure.
