The diplomatic and public service community in Uganda is mourning the death of Isaac Kigozi, a young and promising diplomat, who passed away on Wednesday, January 8, in Uganda.The news was confirmed by his father, Ambassador Abbey Kigozi Walusimbi, who announced the passing with deep sorrow. The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.“With a heavy heart, I must share the sorrowful news of the passing of my beloved son, Isaac Kigozi, who died today on January 8th in Uganda.
