I didn’t own a tv after I went to college and before I got married. I worked a lot and socialized a lot and the small amount of time left didn’t seem to warrant spending $50/month on cable. Then after I got married, my husband had multiple tv’s going at a time. Now I am single again and I have one of my son’s old TV’s with a roku. It works fine for the small amount of time spent watching it.
