Can’t afford to “buy” a $250 dog while also not having the mobility means to go to the shelter means they can’t afford an ESA I mean pet. How will they afford the food, vet visits, grooming, and toys? Oh and did the kids write this? It is so badly written that I am sure a 4th grader could do 10x better.
