That's so sad! There was actually a post in another group where the people lived in an apartment with an indoor outdoor kitty and the neighbor's son kept taking him inside and they'd have to go to their apartment and ask for their cat back constantly. Their cat would always come home and they actually witnessed the boy picking up the cat and taking him inside. The crappy part is too that the cat needed special food and medicine and a couple times they got the poor kitty back he had unexplained injuries. I can't remember exactly what happened but I'm pretty sure once they finally got him back after a long absence they kept the cat inside until they were able to move. People are just awful and want things that don't belong to them.
