Police in York Region are investigating a shooting at a synagogue on Friday night. Investigators say they were called to the Clark Avenue and York Hill Boulevard area just before midnight for reports of shots fired. When they arrived, they found the front of the Beth Avraham Yoseph of Toronto synagogue had been damaged by gunfire. Police say no one was injured in the incident.There was no immediate suspect description, but police said a dark sedan was seen in the area at the time of the shooting.On Monday, Toronto police say a North York synagogue was targeted by gunfire. The hate crime unit is investigating that incident.
