Ngl you would all be horrified by what au pairs earn in Europe. Asked my partner what their day rate used to be and was told 'we got £75 allowance per week, $120 per day would be a great gig'. Obviously also horrific and exploitative and needs to stop, but interesting to see the difference between norms
