Emirates says it is gradually restoring its global flight network after the partial reopening of regional airspace, with the airline expecting to return to full operations in the coming days.In an operational update, the Dubai-based carrier said it is currently running a reduced flight schedule while it works to scale up services across key markets.The airline indicated that its ability to fully restore operations will depend on airspace availability and the completion of all operational requirements.Despite the disruption, Emirates maintained a significant level of operations, carrying about 30,000 passengers out of Dubai on the previous day.The airline says its network recovery is progressing quickly. By March 7, Emirates expects to operate 106 return flights daily to 83 destinations, representing nearly 60% of its global route network.Some major markets are already seeing expanded services.In the United Kingdom, Emirates will operate 11 daily flights across five airports by March 7, reflecting strong travel demand between the United Arab Emirates and the UK.The airline is also increasing capacity in India, one of its largest markets. By March 7, Emirates will run 22 daily flights serving all nine of its Indian gateways.Operations in the United States are also continuing, with Emirates currently flying to seven American destinations, maintaining connectivity between the US and the UAE.The airline says customers with existing bookings are being prioritised as services gradually resume.Passengers are advised to check flight availability online and make confirmed bookings before heading to the airport.“For now, customers should only proceed to the airport if they have a confirmed booking,” the airline said.Emirates says it continues to closely monitor developments and will adjust its operations accordingly as more airspace becomes available.The carrier has also urged passengers to follow updates through its official website and social media channels for the latest information on flight schedules and service restoration.
