I bought a new, unlocked Model S928B/DS in Vietnam. The mobile wallets don't seem to work with my American credit cards in Cambodia. At first, it was only the one card that would always get declined on Samsung Pay. I got tired of calling the bank to unlock the card, only for the card to still get declined right after the bank unlocked the card. My other card on Samsung Pay had no problems.
