Vehicles could be seen stuck anywhere between 10 and 45 minutes on Phase-2 main road, Water Tank Road, certain stretches of Dadri main road, on Taj Highway near Char Murti Chowk, and under Parthala flyover.In some areas, water rose above knee height. The poor condition of roads along certain stretches only made matters worse for commuters.
