One UI 8 update for the Galaxy A34 goes international

Last week, Samsung released the One UI 8.0 update for the Galaxy A34 and the Galaxy A54 in South Korea. Earlier today, the update reached the Galaxy A54 in international markets. Now, the update has been released to the Galaxy A34 across Africa, Asia, and Europe.Galaxy A34 gets One UI 8.0 (Android 16) updateSamsung has released the Android 16-based One UI 8.0 update for the Galaxy A34 in Africa, Asia, and Europe. The new software comes with firmware version A346EXXUAEY17 and has a download size of around 2.3GB. It brings the September 2025 security patch instead of this month's patch. If you have a Galaxy A34 and live in any of the regions mentioned above, you should check for the new update. To do that, open the Settings app and navigate to Software update > Download and install. Once the update is finished downloading, tap the Install now button. Your phone will then restart after a few minutes.One UI 8 brings several new and improved features and some design changes. Quick Share is now a dedicated app and has two separate tabs for sending and receiving files. Samsung Internet has received a makeover as well. The Camera app now has a new gesture to show and hide camera settings.Modes and Routines has received new actions and conditions. Alarm, Calendar, and Reminders have received improved management features.
