I make low offers that accepted all the time and I’ve accepted them. It’s not personal, sometimes you’ve had something for a while and are willing to let it go. If I make a low ball offer, they can come back with their bottom line or decline it. It doesn’t need to be a conversation. If you don’t want offers, don’t *accept them. *fixed typo
