The DSB Suriname Invitational officially tees off today, with a strong contingent of Lusignan Golf Club (LGC) golfers representing Guyana and aiming for top finishes on Suriname’s renowned course.Team Guyana arrives ready for the challenge at the Paramaribo Golf Club, a course known for its lush fairways and strategic bunkers.LGC Grounds Superintendent and competitor Brian Hackett expressed optimism ahead of the first round.“It’s great to be here. The Guyanese team is all pumped and ready, and we’re expecting to do well,” Hackett said.“We had a solid practice session and were pleased with what we saw.
