Whatever complaints are received on their respective portals, they should give a prior notice to the complainant, go at the site and dispose of the complaint properly according to the process and find the rightful solution,” Mishr added. The IGRS is an online platform in Uttar Pradesh where citizens can register their issues with government services — the complaint reaches the official concerned. “The officer concerned looks into it. The complainant can see the status of the complaint and give a feedback later,” said an official. The DM also issued a written order, stressing that officials have to target a 100% satisfaction feedback. “However, due to lack of work, the said officers are failing to redress the complaint. This action by the said officers is contrary to the intent of the government order. The government is continuously reviewing the district’s IGRS ranking on a priority basis. Consequently, the actions of the said officers, which are affecting the district’s IGRS ranking, are regrettable,” read the order.“If any officer, in the above context, engages in such acts towards government work and displays (0) percent satisfaction feedback, strict action will be taken,” Mandar said in the order.Stay updated with the latest - Click here to follow us on Instagram© The Indian Express Pvt LtdTags:ghaziabad
