During the hearing, a Division Bench of Justice Raja Vijayaraghavan and Justice KV Jayakumar added Kerala Police chief Ravada A. Chandrasekhar as an additional respondent.The alleged gold theft came to light during the Court’s intervention when it was taking up a suo motu petition filed on the basis of a report of the special commissioner.
