The last day to enjoy both will be October 19.Once the store closes, guests will be able to find select items at quick-service locations around Disney’s Animal Kingdom, such as Eight Spoons Cafe and Tamu Tamu Refreshments.Disney officially unveiled Tropical Americas during the company’s D23 event in August 2024. While a number of key announcements were made, including Hollywood Studios’ new Monstropolis land, Tropical Americas topped the list for many fans.Intended to revitalize an often-criticized section of Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Tropical Americas ushers in a new age for the theme park. Disney is bidding adieu to dinosaurs and saying hello to more familiar IPs like Indiana Jones and Encanto, both of which will anchor its own attraction. However, where Disney’s upcoming Encanto ride will be brand-new, Animal Kingdom’s new Indiana Jones-based ride will be built using the bones of DINOSAUR.DINOSAUR, along with the remaining portions of DinoLand, will permanently close on February 2, 2026.This is hardly the only change happening at Walt Disney World, with changes sweeping across the entire resort. From hotels to the actual theme parks, Disney World has never seen such large-scale transformations. Some of the most interesting changes are found in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This summer, the park closed its Muppets Courtyard area, a fan-favorite hub that featured attractions and restaurants inspired by Jim Henson’s puppet creations. As mentioned earlier, eventually, this section of the park will house Monstropolis, a new land inspired by Pixar’s Monsters Inc. The ambitious project will transform and add onto Disney’s Hollywood Studios in a number of ways. On top of new places to eat and explore, Monstropolis will feature a new “e-ticket” roller coaster. Are you excited for DinoLand’s transformation? The post BREAKING: Disney World Confirms Last Day To Visit Animal Kingdom Locations appeared first on Inside the Magic.
