I’m an elementary school teacher and the parent council puts on a Staff Appreciation Week for us. Coffee and breakfast one day, snacks, gift cards for coffee, then a nice lunch to wrap up the week. Once you get into a school, you’ll probably find this. Plus gifts at Christmas and end-of-year. The kids are always incredibly sweet and the parents are generous and supportive. ETA: I always get at least 2 bottles of wine a year.
