Realty firms Signature Global and RMZ Group have formed a 50:50 joint venture to develop a significant commercial project in Gurugram. RMZ Group has invested Rs 1,293 crore for a 50% stake in the project, which is expected to have a total capital value of Rs 14,000-16,000 crore.
