Got my SM-S938U somewhere last year October everything seems to be fine, was getting monthly security update via OTA till i updated to Jan 26 security patch and my device showed as Network lock... had to give it to out to be worked on but since then i have stopped recieving update via OTA and this is the prompt i always get when i try to check for update... Any form of help will be much apprecited... Thanks
