The State Prosecutor’s Office has appealed to the Central District Court in Lod against the sentence handed down to 82-year-old Carol Fassler.Fassler was convicted of fatally running over four-year-old Rafael Adana z"l and leaving him to die and sentenced to just 12 months in prison.
