When someone lowball me like this, I counter with a price well above asking price. Or just block. It never result in a deal. When I was younger and a poor student, i sometimes used to lowbalike this sometimes, and sometimes ppl accepted it, but 9/10 just got angry. I understand them now. But back in the days in really could not afford anything. I was dirt poor, could not afford an old car, new furniture, decent food. Today i rather dispose of stuff or give it away to someone who really need it.
