It makes sense to call it that. I just was explaining I hadn't heard of it. I tend to explain things no one asked me to explain. LOL I guess because I always wanna know details I assume others want to also, vs. it's not a very interesting explanation I guess. Yeah that's become a thing, when people buying things to rent out, drives up prices for the locals. I know they had a protest in Spain a year or more ago, about that.
