Many female students in the Divisions have reported that they avoid using the restroom at school because the policies make them feel unsafe and uncomfortable. And, just last week, convicted sex offender Richard Cox – a man charged with possessing child pornography and exposing and touching himself in girl’s locker rooms in multiple VA high schools – had his trial paused.
