Definitely cleaning up something. Cat litter is good for absorbing biohazards, bleach to clean and disinfect, air freshener to clear the smells... something bad happened. Charitably, maybe it was, like, really bad diarrhea. Less charitably, that's also what we used to clean up blood when I worked retail.
