We have one like this but she's not a grifter, just needy. We've dubbed her "Save-Me-Sally". Can someone come rake my leaves? Can someone shovel my driveway? Can someone reseal my driveway? Never mentions any sort of compensation or providing the supplies. Just "help me". One neighbor pointed out that she's got 2 adult kids living at home and 1 in high school. Why aren't they doing this? But...they're BUSY.
