I worked for an international airline and people came out of the woodwork asking for passes like I could or would just hand them to anyone. One guy I hadn’t seen in years called me out of the blue and asked if I’d give him a pass for his current girlfriend and genuinely didn’t understand why that wasn’t going to happen.
