Disputes with neighbors are never fun, especially when said neighbor makes you feel unsafe in your own home. We’ve seen plenty such cases on TikTok but a viral video featuring a compilation of weird behavior from one woman’s neighbor has sparked a conversation over whether the old man in the video is harmless or a real threat. The video, which has over 10 million views on TikTok, was posted by “pastaluver4ever,” AKA Olivia shows doorbell camera footage of the old man loitering outside of her front door. He can be seen taking her parcels and mumbling to himself. We also see the man purposefully open his front door as Olivia is coming up the stairs, something she claims is an intentional move to block her path. His harassment seems constant as he knocks on Olivia’s door, talks about her with a friend within earshot of the camera, and even waits at the top of the stairs to ask her if she knows his name. While he doesn’t necessarily say or do anything threatening, it does seem like harassment.
