She asks her companion to record the incident.As the incident escalates, the officer repeatedly tries to drive the scooter ahead. The vehicle nudges the woman, dragging her slightly as she maintains her position to block the officer. Despite her pleas, he continues to move the scooter forward. Further, the woman climbs onto the back seat of the scooter, still engaged in a heated exchange with the officer. They confirmed they had “taken cognisance of the matter,” acknowledging the incident.
