Indian equities are poised for a sharp turnaround in 2026 after their weakest performance in three decades, Morgan Stanley said in its latest outlook. The brokerage expects the Sensex to climb towards 1,07,000 by December 2026, supported by stronger earnings and policy-led macro stability.
