That’s why the experience shared by TikTok user Peyton Pittman (@thepeytonpittmanpost) has caught so much attention. Pittman, whose video has racked up over 85,000 views, says she started flying with Breeze Airways this year and quickly noticed a pattern that seems almost unbelievable for a modern airline: they consistently leave ahead of schedule. She described one of her first trips with the airline as a total game-changer, according to Bro Bible. “In my first experience, they page over the intercom like, ‘Hey, everybody’s checked in, ready to go. The captain’s ready to leave. If you all want to come to the gate, we can get out of here” Pittman recalled. She explained that because of this proactive approach, the flight ended up getting to its destination about 45 minutes early. This consistent efficiency is fantastic, but it’s led to a truly hilarious catch. Pittman says she’s now so trained to expect early departures that she often shows up ridiculously early herself, and if the plane is merely “on time,” she feels disappointed. She even shared a moment where she was sitting at the airport waiting for her flight. “This is the first time since I’ve been flying Breeze that I beat them at their own game,” she explained. “Our plane is not here, but I am, so I’m here 35 minutes early, because that, to me, is on time for this airline.” That’s a truly humbling realization, but what a great problem to have! It doesn’t try to compete on the busiest routes; instead, it focuses on providing direct service between “underserved routes across the U.S. at affordable fares.” This strategy seems to be a huge factor in their success. While there isn’t official evidence suggesting they always depart before schedule like Pittman experienced, the airline’s hard data on reliability is seriously impressive. Breeze boasts a fantastic on-time percentage (OTP). In October 2025, for example, Breeze Airways reported an OTP of 87.28%. For some context, that’s better than some of the big legacy carriers, including Delta Air Lines, which had an OTP of 83.91%, and United Airlines, which trailed at 80.91%.
