Authorities say a 19-year-old has been arrested following a disturbing incident that occurred midday near the path that leads from CityWalk toward the nearby resort hotels, as reported by Click Orlando.According to the report, the woman had just exited CityWalk, near the Margaritaville area, and was walking alone towards the Universal Resort hotels when the situation unfolded. As she made her way under a pedestrian bridge, a man on a blue e-bike approached her from the left. He allegedly slowed down and reached his hand between her legs, over her shorts. The victim says she felt penetration through the fabric and shouted, “Don’t touch me!”Credit: UniversalThe rider reportedly sped off. A short time later, though, the victim says she spotted the same man nearby, positioned in some bushes with his pants down and actively masturbating. When she reached for her phone, he appeared startled, shouted an expletive, pulled up his clothing, and quickly escaped the area on the e-bike once more.The woman then returned to the security screening area at CityWalk and contacted law enforcement, providing a photo and detailed description. Universal Orlando security began tracking the individual, and officers ultimately located someone matching the description riding near the intersection of Hollywood Way and Turkey Lake Road, per the report. For that reason, the identity of the 19-year-old has not been made public.
