A group of elderly women, mostly grandmothers, are fulfilling their lifelong dreams of being educated, as revealed by a video that has captivated the internet.A heart-warming Instagram video, shared by @sidiously_, has garnered approximately 9.3 million views so far. “This speaks so much about the spirit of learning that shouldn’t limit to any age or boundaries,” the caption read.In the viral video, pink saree-clad women say that they can miss having a meal in a day and stay hungry, but would never miss attending school. “They should remember that this grandmother was educated,” one of them said in the video when asked how she wants the world to remember her after her demise. The video further shows trees planted in the name of each student. They are responsible for taking care of their respective trees.“Started by Yogendra Bangar sir from Murbad, this school opens every Sat and Sunday to provide free basic education to grannies from Fangne village. These women never studied in their lives and this is where they are completing an unfinished dream.
