Zoho One Upgrade, Revamped UX, AI Features: Zoho Corporation, the Chennai-based global enterprise software firm, has announced a slew of upgrades to its all-in-one business software platform called Zoho One, including the integration of its Zia AI assistant, revamped user experience (UX), and a new unified portal to control multiple Zoho and third-party applications. The numerous enhancements that have been made to the Google Workspace alternative keep user context at the centre to facilitate easy and secure collaboration, Zoho said in a press release on Wednesday, November 19.On the AI front, Zoho One users can now aggregate and contextualise data from multiple platforms, including third-party apps, into a single, actionable answer. “This federated intelligence enables organisations to make faster, more informed decisions, eliminating data silos and enhancing productivity,” the company said.Additionally, Zoho One has also been integrated with Zia Hubs, Zoho’s intelligent content management system, to offer pre-created, dedicated workflows. Signed contracts via Zoho Sign and work calls recorded on Zoho Meetings are now automatically stored on Zia Hubs folders.
