Adams led all scorers with 24 points, while Brown posted a double-double of 23 points and 17 rebounds.For Jamaica, Tiffany Reynolds stood out with a line of 23 points, six rebounds and five assists.In the earlier game, Virgin Islands once again showcased their superiority, closing out the tournament with a flawless record by defeating Bahamas to secure the gold medal.Anisha George delivered a colossal performance with a 26-point, 21-rebound double-double.
