Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will visit Coimbatore and Erode districts on November 25 and 26 to inaugurate various completed infrastructure projects and take part in official events.According to an official release, Mr. Stalin will inaugurate the Semmozhi Poonga, established at a cost of ₹208.5 crore on 45 acres, in Coimbatore on November 25. He will also take part in the ‘TN Rising Conclave’, where a fresh round of investment agreements is set to be signed.On November 26, Mr. Stalin will inaugurate a memorial hall and a statue of freedom fighter Pollan, the commander of Theeran Chinnamalai’s army, at Jayarampuram in Modakkurichi in Erode district. He will also visit the memorial of Theeran Chinnamalai to pay tributes and participate in an official function at the Erode new bus stand, where he will inaugurate completed projects, lay the foundation for new projects, and distribute welfare assistance to nearly 1.8 lakh beneficiaries at a total cost of ₹605 crore.The Chief Minister will also unveil the statue of S.K. Paramasivan, a former MP who played an instrumental role in the formation of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited (Aavin), at Chithode, the release added.Published - November 22, 2025 03:36 pm IST
