The solution aims to enable faster, more efficient interactions between the government and the public, ultimately enhancing the delivery of government, business, and citizen-centric services through a seamless and intuitive interface. The engagement, held at Serena Hotel Kampala, brought together representatives from various MDAs for a workshop focused on familiarizing stakeholders with UGOV and demonstrating how the platform will bridge gaps in government–citizen interaction.Julian M.
