Yesterday, veteran actor and close friend Shatrughan Sinha, along with his wife Poonam, visited Dharmendra’s wife Hema Malini to check on the legendary actor. Later, Shatrughan shared an update on his X account, calling Dharmendra “one of the finest human beings.” This isn’t the first time the public has witnessed their close bond. Over the years, Shatrughan Sinha has consistently expressed his deep admiration for Dharmendra.On one memorable occasion, both legends appeared together on The Kapil Sharma Show. Shatrughan revealed that when he was shooting for his very first dance number, the now-iconic song Shor Mach Gaya Shor, he was extremely nervous. Seeking guidance, he reached out to Dharmendra, whose career included several great dance performances. He recalled: “My first song was to be shot publicly. It was ‘Shor Mach Gaya Shor,’ and I was very nervous. I had never danced in front of an audience before, and when the shooting started, thousands had gathered. So, I didn’t know what to do. I went to our elder brother Dharmendra and said, ‘Please tell me how to do this. I can’t do it. How did you perform your own song Rafta Rafta?’”Shatrughan then shared the advice Dharmendra gave him: “He told me, ‘Just do what I did.’ I asked him, ‘What did you do?’ and he said, ‘Just drink a little.’” Recalling this moment, Dharmendra burst into laughter, and Shatrughan added, “I think the respect he has earned through all his actions is something even the best haven’t achieved.”Also Read | ‘Half of Bollywood doesn’t really know Hindi’: Huma Qureshi says Hindi film scripts are given in EnglishDharmendra and Shatrughan Sinha have shared the screen in a range of films, from Shatrughan’s debut Pyar Hi Pyar to Vijay Anand’s thriller Blackmail, the 1988 actioner Zalzala, and more recently, Shatrughan made a cameo appearance in the third installment of Yamla Pagla Deewana. Regarding Dharmendra’s health, speaking to journalist Subhash K. Jha, Hema Malini shared the latest updates: “So far, he is okay.
