A 77-year-old man is at risk of dying after a fall in Paola.The incident happened at around 10pm yesterday in Triq Lampuka. Police were called to the scene, where preliminary investigations showed the man fell while going down a staircase. A medical team assisted on site and an ambulance took the man to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was later certified as having sustained serious injuries.Police investigations are still ongoing.•
