My friend has a fairly well off great aunt. She bought a bunch of property in their county. She rented some to her nephew and his kids and they had chickens and ducks and they absolutely destroyed the place. She evicted them and my friend and his kids have been working for months to restore the damage so great aunt can sell the property. And the crazy thing is it wasn’t that many birds. They had a detached garage that was like every square inch covered in poop. All the walkways and gardens are destroyed the grass is gone in most of the yard If you own the property I got no issues with this. But as a renter, that’s just disrespectful. Especially from family who’s already cutting you a break I don’t know this ladies story but you are definitely on the money with that
