Even if it wasn't ragebait it doesn't matter, you cannot simply walk into Hermes and buy a birkin. You have to build a relationship with a sales associate and eventually over time be offered a birkin. The catch is you may not even be offered the birkin that you want and if you refuse the bag they offer you may not be offered another one. If this lady can't afford a birkin she for sure can't afford to do all the steps in order to get that bag so the entire thing would be moot.
