The Real Madrid ‘keeper is out of favour in Spain and would be available this month.If Tottenham fancy splashing the cash, there is a more expensive option on their radar. Mile Svilar is subject of £60m interest from Spurs, but Roma will be reluctant to let him go.However, we shouldn’t expect much action in this department during January. Alasdair Gold stated Spurs are more likley to sign a goalkeeper in the summer.Mathys Tel is going nowhere but other exits plannedLast week, it was said Mathys Tel wanted to leave Spurs on loan after being unhappy about a lack of minutes. Now, it’s thought Tottenham have told Tel he will stay at the club as they need him.The situation around Radu Dragusin is far less simple. A move to Roma was called off last week when Spurs rejected a loan-to-buy offer, and Napoli are now in the race for Dragusin. Meanwhile, RB Leipzig are also keen on Dragusin and could be Tottenham’s preferred bidder.Elsewhere, Will Lankshear is impressing at Oxford United and Spurs have rejected permanent offers for the young striker. That’s where Maghnes Akliouche comes in.Spurs have previously looked at the 23-year-old and it’s now thought a deal for Akliouche is a priority this month. Monaco will demand £50m for Akliouche, but it doesn’t sound like that’s putting the Lilywhites off.Meanwhile, Tottenham are also looking at Karim Adamyemi. A number of Premier League clubs have been linked with the Borussia Dortmund star in the past, and his future in Germany is now in doubt.Defenders wanted at SpursIt’s obvious Spurs are looking for more defenders, whether that be this month or in the summer, and a few more names have been added to the list.West Ham failed with their bid to sign him recently, but Tiago Gabriel is now a target for Tottenham. The Hammers had a £15.5m offer rejected and it’s thought the Italian club want more than £21m.Another option is Jacobo Ramon, who is now linked with Spurs. Reports suggest the young Como centre-half is attracting interest from lots of Premier League clubs, but Real Madrid do have a buy-back clause which could scupper any deal.Finally, Tarik Muharemovic could be on his way to Spurs.
